Olá Rui, o Dr. Enfermeiro é o expoente máximo desta realidade. Pensa que a dizer mal de tudo vai longe...E como não consegue na prática, esconde-se para gerar ele movimentos ditos colectivos, mas que mais não são que a soma de intereses individualistas.

Eu não conhecia o blog... vim cá parar por acaso... Sou orgulhosamente enfermeira e apesar das dificuldades que o país e a enfermagem estão a passar, não me parece que a troca de ofensas verbais entre colegas seja a solução para a enfermagem. Mais uma vez estamos a distrair-nos com assuntos secundários, as nossas divergências pessoais invés de nos concentrarmos no principal - criar ou melhorar as condições para o exercicio de enfermagem de qualidade.

Um dia , um homem sentindo a morte a aproximar-se , chamou os filhos e começou a fazer as últimas recomendações. Preocupava-o nesse momento único , que com o seu desaparecimento os filhos enveredassem por caminhos diversos e se separassem. Pediu , então a um dos filhos que entregasse um pau a cada um , e que o partissem a meio. Os filhos não perceberam mas mesmo assim , fizeram a vontade ao pai . Partiram os paus , o que foi relativamente fácil.De seguida o pai pediu a um dos filhos que fizesse um molho com tantos paus , quanto o número de irmãos , pedindo a cada um que tentasse partir o molho a meio. Nenhum conseguiu.
O pai finalmente esclareceu-os: meus filhos separados sois alvo e vítimas. Juntos ..ninguém poderá com a vossa força.
